SEA SHELL TEXTIL S.A. was established in the Industrial Areas Of Oraiokastro, Thessaloniki, in 1988 by Mr Papadopoulos Nikolaos and Mrs Papadopoulou Georgia and expanded rapidly. The company was activated mainly in the production of feminine clothing as well as men's and children's clothing carrying its legal brand.

In 1995 is founded the subsidiary company BALKANTEX, a modern productive unit in Blagoevgrand of Bulgaria, in which are also accomplishing the productive processes of manufacture clothing and underwear, cutting - sewing - packing.

At the same time, in 2005 SEA SHELL infiltrates dynamically in the market of clothing and particularly in the feminine collection designing under its trademark.
